Chest and back pains

Hi I'm about 6weeks pregnant and just found out I'm having twins

Last night but worse today I've had really bad chest pains like someone is squeezing me really tightly. Deep breathes hurt. If I shower bath or rest I seem to go ok.

Anyone had this? Anxiety or is this something to do with body shifting to create room for the babies. I saw this article (see para5)

Hi, I'm not having twins but when I was 5/6 weeks I had cheat pain and the general feeling of not getting enough air, if I walked any Distance. I also suffer from anxiety so most likely doesn't help the situation x
