Charting Advice

Hey ladies,

Hope your all having a nice week.

I was hoping for some advice. I had my AF start spotting on Friday and Saturday, Sunday and yesterday Ive been getting brown blood. Not loads but enough for a pad. Today Ive had proper flow and blood (sorry if TMI) so was wondering what should be classed as cycle day 1. 4 days of brown does seem a lot for spotting but I have no idea what to do on chart etc,

Any advice would be great xx

I think you count CD 1 as the first day of proper flow. Hope that helps!
