Hi ladies and bumps

Wow there is so much information out there that I am tying myself in knots trying to make decisions!!

We are planning on having baby in a crib in our room when born for night sleeps, now for the day is it ok for baby to sleep in their pram carrycot? I have the Emmaljunga city cerox 360 with separate carrycot but not sure if this is ok or if we should also buy a moses basket for daytime sleeping downstairs?????

Your help is very much appreciated

No don't buy a moses basket it will be a waste of money...

Your baby will be fine in the carrycot either on or off the pram, I am doing the same thing and using the dreami carrycot as his daytime sleeping...

It will also be good because if u have been out and about with the pram you dont need to worry about moving the mite...

Just make sure baby has a little sheet down inside and you're good to go! Nice pram btw :)

we have the mamas and papas polka dot thingy with a carry cot, and plan on having her sleep in that for the first few weeks in our room, you can get thin mattresses for them, and it had regulation side height. So suitable for sleeping.
I'd certinly say it'd be fine for daytime sleeping, thats what they're designed for.

Hehe daytime (and night time) sleeps won't be in the carrycot in the early days. Your arms cuddling are going to be in demand :D

But yes, if you can get your baby to settle in something a carrycot will be fine :)

I have a bit of a question actually... Kinda relating to this, if baby sleeps in diff places ie carrycot during day cotbed at night sometimes in arms will that make it hard to get them into a routine?? Also would they become confused??

Sorry Tilly hope you don't mind me added my question in on yours

Please feel free to add as many questions as you can think of as they are often things I could do with knowing the answer to or haven't yet thought of!!

Thanks for your advice Sherlock, I will be ready with the cuddles
