Thanks mamafy, will try clearing cache ... Managed to upload them with direct image links in the end but couldn't add as attachments or by inserting images?! X

Photobucket give you the :img: code and you just paste it onto the thread/reply box and submit!

Attachments - You would have got an error message. Too big or not supported depending the type of file it is.
