Wow! I can't believe I am finally here in the Third Trimester! Time seems to just be flying by now! I am as of today 29 weeks 
I can't wait for my 32 week scan, to see if my Placenta has moved and most of all to see our little one on the screen again
I'm sorry I haven't been about for a while. I have been reading all your posts, from my phone when I am in bed at night. Then I'm so shattered I don't get around to posting any replies. I will try to come on abit more.
