Can Someone???

I'm not clever enough to make it up or might have missed something that already exists like this, but thought it would be nice for Tri2 to have a graph showing the Team Blues, Team Pinks and Team Yellows? Which we could all add our Teams too.

If this exists can someone please point me in the right direction?
