Burning sensation / neuralgia(?)

Has anyone got/had intercostal neuralgia? I think that's what I'm suffering with at the moment - from under my right ribs down to my navel is burning like I've been scalded. Have had it on and off for the past 6 weeks or so, but the last 24 hours have been really bad. Hurts to touch, hurts to move, hurts where clothes touch.

Last MW appointment it was sort of brushed off, but now it's really bad. Just wondering if anyone else has experience of similar condition.

I will try and go tomorrow if it's still bad, my MW last week didn't seem to know what it was, she was more concerned with other things.
Just hoping someone on here had advice for pain relief, or to at least find I'm not the only one suffering!

Have seen doctor. Is likely nerve pain / neuralgia due to pregnancy. Rather unusual. Nothing they can do or give me to ease the pain. Just have to put up with it and hope it goes away when baby is born.

It comes and goes, but each time I get it, it's worse!

Hey ... i hope you're okay Sounds like a nasty thing to be suffering from ! Hopefully it eases on you cause its the last thing you need you'll definately be counting down the days now
