bug or something else?

Hi ladies. It's been a while since I was last on but I am completely baffled. At the beginning of the week I was trying my 9 month old on slightly lumpier food, when I started he threw up and then towards the end he threw up again. Then nothing for a day or so, I then came down with Norovirus which luckily I'm over now. Last night my son seemed to have a bit of diarrhea going on and then this morning when I gave him his breakfast and some milk, about half an hour later it was all up again. Does it sound like he has caught what I had or could it be something else cos I'm confused Thank you in advance xx
