BT Studio 1500 Phone

Anybody got this phone?

We have it but have lost the instructions. There is a flashing envelope symbol on ours (like a text message) but Ive been through the menu and cant figure out what it is or how to get rid of it.

Does anybody else know, or do you have the instructions?

I have this phone.
when the little envelope button flashes it means that you have a voice message. All you have to do is delete the message to get rid of it.

strange, we've had the phone nearly 2 years and Ive never seen that before. we didnt have any voicemail messages either

i switched the hand set off and on again and its gone.

do you get that symbol when you have a voicemail msg then?

yeah, it usually comes on the screen and one of the red lights flash and it makes a beeping noise. Maybe the screen sort of crashed a bit and it got stuck fromthe last time you had a voicemail?

i also have this phone and when the little message thingy flashes on our screen it means someone called us that we didn't answer the phone to.

If i use the up and down key it stops the envelope flashing.
