British-American Baby/Kids words

Thnaks for clearing that up trixipaws :) wow so your tea is like our dinner then well at the same time wed have ours at .
We just dont have a tea time.

I'd not heard of 'piece' for sandwich but I put it in the word asso thread :)

My boyf (brummy) had heard of it but not for years :)

I love different words, I even like txt etc. :)

My aunt used to call a sandwich,a piece...so did a lot of people when I was growing up actually :think:
 
mom is defo a midlands thing, i used to say mum until i moved to staffs now i say mom lol
 
A sandwich has always been a piece to me.... when at school we took a piece box not a lunch box.
