Hello all
My midwife told me today about a video that is really interesting, it shows a woman post-labour who's baby is lying on her chest, she's exhausted and so the baby manouvers itself up to the breast and manages to latch on independently, apparently it's a really good example of how babies have this instinct.
Apparently it is available from the University library but I'm not a member and so was wondering if anyone knows if it is anywhere on the web? I'm really keen to breastfeed and have loads of friends who have had many problems and have just given up, I'm trying to get into a positive frame of mind before the birth and convince myself it's do-able
Anyone heard of this?
