Breastfeeding jaundice

Just took Isla to baby clinic and apparently she is still a tad jaundice. She has put on 10oz in 8 days: 6 12 at birth now 8 7 @ 27 days old so I'm not too worried as she is gaining weight, is alert so much so the nurse pointed out she is looking at her hands and shouldn't be doing it that early! Apparently it's breastfeeding jaundice!?

Anyone have any experience of this? I have to book her in at the doctors to be checked

Her jaundice has improved no end, I wish it was summer as dome sunshine will have helped!

Great going with the weight gain! But no idea about breast feeding jaundice. Owen had jaundice at birth and had light therpay but I guess that's diff to your type. I think a lot of babes get jaundice and it just goes. Yep-shame about no sun, especially today with all the snow-not even winter sunshine!
