I've been wanting to give homemade bread and butter pudding a go for ages, and finally got round to it last night. I had no idea how easy it would be and it is so worth it! I used this recipe http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/rich ... 30,RC.html but I also added jam to the slices which made it even better.
