How many a day is 'normal' at this stage of pregnancy? I don't remember getting them til much later last time but I've been getting them a few weeks now, and some are quite uncomfortable. I maybe get 10 or so spaced out through the day. I think baby sets them off when it moves a lot.

I've been having exactly the same hun, apparently as long as it's no more than 6-7 in an hour and as long as theyre not painful, no bleeding etc they're normal. I had some confusion about this last week, midwife went from saying no theyre not normal at all and then she rang me back a few days later and said they are normal :S Apparently they can be triggered by dehydration, doing too much work, baby movement. If you change position or walk around I find that helps it go quicker. And keeping hydrated and resting - very important as I found out last week lol.

I'm gonna check with the doc at my scan today, I do not trust my midwife at all to be honest.

xx

PS - It's a massive relief to know someone has them too!! I was getting nervous xx

I remember your post last week, makes you wonder what's normal and what's not! Might be dehydrated as I've had a lot of water infections and kidney stones, hadn't thought of that!
