Wats ur steps to making bottles? Do u make them in bulk or one at a time which i know is now advised.

I usually make 3 or 4 at a time, leave water cool in kettle for 20 mins, make them and put them straight in the fridge then warm when needed x

See thats wat im doing but if uv to use the bit at the side to level the scoop off then all the powder sticks. Also i keep gettin bits of formula stuck to the bttles as if its not melted in rite

Do you mean it sticks to the scoop? I bash it against the inside of the tin after each scoop to remove powder if its stuck so I get a full scoop everytime. I've not ever had it not dissolve so I'm not sure on that x

I have been boiling kettle, leaving to cool for a bit. Putting in bottles, adding powder. Leaving to cool down then storing in fridge once cool and reheating in a bowl of warm water. I'm only making 3-4 bottles at a time.

same here i make 3 in the morning at put in fridge for her 12 4 and bed bottle then before i go to bed i make one and pop it in fridge for her breckfast bottle

so just boil kettle wait 20 mins and add formula, i just wipe the scoop with kitchen paper if it is getting clogged, the powder is not sterile at that point so does no harm

Im boiling the kettle, adding to bottles and leaving as cooled water at room temp. When my lo is ready I warm and then add formula. Guessing this I fine to do too? X

That's exactly what I did with my lo - the boiled water can be used for up to 24 hours :)

Exactly the same here. Been doing it for 6 months and no tummy bugs yet.

On tapatalk so can't see tickers :-(
Excuse the typos, phone has mind of its own.

i make on demand as i need less bottles, only use 3 a day maximum, so i just boil kettle and make as needed. fill 1 bottle with cold water from kettle then re boil when making feed so its warm. my lol takes it cold now so i just make sure ive boiled the kettle at random times of the day so its sterile water and use that

But if the powder needs to b put in water at the rite temp to make it sterile then how can u add it to cold water
