Boots pregnancy tests

Hi, I got a BFP yesterday on a boots test. It was fainter than I would like but definatly there (no squinting needed) so I decided to do the second one this morning using FMU and again it's there but faint. It would be the same depth as yesterday's but I'm now worried as on my other 2 pregnancys I had very dark lines on clearblue tests at this stage I'm 4+6. Please tell me I'm worried about nothing. I will get a clearblue later but I'm driving myself crazy at the moment and praying this isn't a chemical. Anyone else faint lines this far along?

Hcg only doubles every 48 hours so this early on your tests make sense. Remember all pregnancies are different. Obviously we can never say for definite but in my experience I'm sure you'll be fine. I never found boots tests all that amazing for lines tbh x

I've never used boots tests but I had much fainter lines with Alfie than my other two. Also is it possible you ovulated later and therefore not 4+6wks yet? Got my fingers crossed for you xx

Thanks ladies. Got a clearblue test but i'll wait untI'll tomorrow morning to do it and see if it is any darker. I have no cramping or bleeding so surely that's a good sign. 😊

Absolutely it is. Are those tests the same sensitivity?

Mine looked like this 5 days late for AF (CD35 i think?)

I never tested again out of fear, and the worry it causes x

Did another cheapie test today and the lines are much darker so I feel a lot better now. Thanks for all the advice ladies I really appriciate it. Please excuse LOs toiler seat in the background.
