Bookstart funding has been axed

Now i dont know how many of you on here are into politics but i think this is an awfu,l poorly made decision

Its a sad state of affairs when as a country our goverment feel it necessary to make cuts that will have a direct impact on our children and their futures

I think this is very very sad. This government seem to be getting rid of everything for the elderly and children! They are so focused on the present that they're not helping prepare for the future! In fact they seem to be trying to hinder the future!
