Blood test results

Well went to see midwife about 3 to 4 weeks ago and they carry out all the different blood tests i got results back for the one with my blood group but havent received the one for down syndrome is this a good sign do they take a while to come back?

Yep, they'd call you within a week to 'discuss' if your chances were high. X

Annie's right, no news is good news! I didn't get my result until my mw appointment at 16 weeks

yeah they tend to ring you very quickly if your chances come back high cos you have to have time to carry out further tests and then make decisions about continuing pregnancy before the legal cut off. Very morbid but true! If you're worried you could ring your midwife for the results.
