Blocked up nose

Riley has a ickle stuffy nose?
Shes got a karvol plug in for at night but what can i do for her when i put her down so make sure shes not stuffed up then?

when my kids get a stuffy nose i take them to the chemist and get some saline drops.. clears it up no time!

I ended up getting Nasosal lol

Maybe give Snuffle Baby a try as well, it's just basically baby vics, works a treat for Soph.
