Hi!!!

My hand blender is on its last legs. I was wondering what type of mixer/blender you recommend for blending baby food.

thanks

How old is Thomas now? Just asking as he'll be having textured foods soon won't he? I just use a fork and a seive but I have got a hand blender form argos for £10 but they also do one for £5.

he will be 6 months old next thursday. Well i stopped giving him solids as he was only taking 8 ounces of milk a day so the HV told me to stop. then he did not drink more even without the solids. My gp told me not to starve him as he is slightly underweight so i am starting again with solids. and he loves it as he has 3 meals on top of his bottles ( managed 24 ounces today :))

So i am still doing smooth things, he still has no teeth.

he doesn't need teeth to be able to chew but it gets messy lol. I gave Seren half a banana to chomp on and she has loved it. Can't belive he is six months soon, saying that Seren will nbe in a week and a half - eek

i know times goes fast lol when was seren born again? i know they have not got much difference but cannot remember it :)
