Hello everyone,

I got a little worried last night! I was sitting eating my dinner when I had really sharp pain in my stomach. I had to get on all fours to try and alleviate them.. I ended up going to the loo and basically the pains I had were gas related  and I had diarrhoea........ but about 30 mins later when I went for a wee, I noticed some pinkyness on the tissue.........

I rang the midwife and discussed everything with her ( I have had a rubbish day at work and ended up coming home because of it) She said I was dehydrated and stressed and that the pinkyness was actually concentrated urine nothing more severe. I was to drink 2 pints then ring her back........ I did this and the pinkyness went..

Aren't they amazing!!

But this still scared me though! I am 15 weeks pregnant and I have been having a bad pregnancy - sickness, tummy pains, back ache, headache, you name it I have had it! But good news is I have no more tummy pains today!

Thought I would share this with you all and encourage you all to drink especially on hot days!

awww love you, sound like you had a crap day. Glad it turned out alright in the end tho xx

Oh Lyndsey isnt it terrible when things scare you like that???? I get wind and diarroea etc on a regular basis now, I feel sorry for my baby being caught up in all that  Im pleased your feeling better now huns xxx

I feel a bit silly now really but I have NEVER had problems like that before! I wouldn't think that wind could cause so much pain! It lasted for about 20 minutes and I was shaking and everything!!!!

Thanks for all your kind words!

I have just been signed off sick for 2 weeks with stress! I am going to use this time to chill out and relax!!!!!

Lyndsey
