I have just bought some dinosaur shaped cookie cutters on ebay. When they arrive we're gonna make biscuits

Does anyone have a good recipe for rolled-out biscuits?

Made those at the weekend - although we didn't have any men shaped cutters we did gingerbread faces instead with sultanas/raisins - they were soooooo yummy!
