please share your experiences;

I have been using 1 step but have heard bad reviews

today i used a 1 step and an advanced Ovulation test (which i got from yesyesyes) and there was definitely a bit more of a line on the yesyesyes... still nothing to write home about though

tomorrow i intend to buy some other ones so would love peoples experiences xx

I only started using them on CD22 and got very faint lines on the first 2 days, then CD24 and CD25 I got considerably darker lines that weren't far off the darkness of the control line and then CD26 and CD27 they went back to be very faint. I'm now on CD36 so if AF shows on CD38/39/40 that will prove the tests worked for me on this occassion. This is my first month off pill so unsure of my cycle length let alone ovulation dates. x

They are pricey but the clearblue digitals are the best as they take away all the guesswork. I can't stand thinking and wondering if the line is as dark as control line. I have also had problems with the cheap internet ones. I got faint line after faint line, on the same day as a faint line I got a smiley face so I would have missed ov time. They are alot cheaper on amazon than in the shops xx

God i would jump at a faint line at the moment! not getting any lines at all!

One step avoid - see my thread.

I like superdrug brand and first response brand combined with temping to confirm ovulation has occurred.

PS not sure if you chart but it is the only way to confirm that you have actually ovulated. You can still get a positive test result and not ovulate as it only shows the surge of LH before the egg is released not that it actually happened.

I have a young son and i got pregnant with my daughter (who unfortunately was stillborn) within 2 months of my periods starting after Jasper... i would be Very surprised if there was an underlying issue with my ovulation!
