has anyone claimed of nationwide and how successful have you been. and could you please let me know if anyone has been to court. my SIL has been refused twice by Nationwide and has been told that it will cost her £120 to go to court. any advice gladly received.

I claimed but not from Nationwide...from what i have heard add the court costs onto your claim..It depends how much she is claiming wether it is worth itt but not one case has made it to court they have all settled so far
