 , hiya xx

welcome to the site xx

sorry to here bout your morning sickness, i have this to come :( , i found with one of my last pregnacies which my sickness was worse than yours it was all day and night :( , that dry biscuits such as rich t or the cheap ones from asda finger shapped ones helped me alot as their really dry but line your stomach, and after a few hours i managed some dry toast, just member to drink water if you can keep it down,

hope this helps and your sickness passes and you start to feel better soon xxxx  xx

Thankfully I haven't got to that stage yet but have been told to always have something in my stomach and to eat crackers to stop me feeling sick.
I have had the odd bout of nausea and I put my travel bands on, which really help me.

Hope you feel better soon hun & welcome to the forum

Its horrible isnt it i feel exactly the same at moment. I had it really bad with both of my previous pregnancys and was hospitalised for a week with my second.
I've found that certain smells make it worse so i find sniffing a lemon or a bit of vapour rub on a tissue when i feel sick helps. Try and get plenty off rest and try to drink plenty but make sure you sip i found that i keep down boiled water with a bit of lemon better then cold water even if you'r not keeping it all down your body will still absorb some you don't want to become dihydrated. eat dried food like cereal with no milk and toast first thing.
Hope you feel better soon

My morning sickness is still here after 18wks!
I find that as long as I eat every 1-2hours the sickness stays away. Occasionally there's nothing I can do about it but most of the time I know that as soon as I start feeling a a bit sick, I need to eat something.

I lived off crisps and cakes for most of Tri1 but have tried to swap it for toast, cereal or fruit in Tri2
