Liam is just over 13 months and he weighs roughly 18lb, does that seem too small.

I dont think its too small hun Kiara varies from 19-20 pounds and i always get told shes dainty but some of our toddlers are just bigger then others thats all , as long as he looks and acts healthy im sure its fine
