Baby pulling ears

Hi just wandering if any of your little ones pull their ears a lot. Jake seems to be constantly playing or tugging his ears. I thought maybe he had an ear infection but then he seems fine and hasn't been crying or anything. Do you think he is just facinated by his ears or do you think there could be a problem?

Can be a sign of an ear infection but also can be teething ...I think?

Well he has been dribbling a lot aswell so he may be teething then.

nathan does it when hes tired too, he used to do it so much it hurt and hed cry
