I just make s basic tomato sauce (onions, celery, grated carrot, tinned toms, garlic - u can make it as.easy or complicated as you want) then can either add runs or makeral or minced beef or any meat. Whatever you've got in. F loves tuna. It freezes well too so I have little blocks of sauce in the freezer and then only need to cook pasta for speedy healthy dinner ) x
