Hey since 20 weeks baby has been back To back!! Midwife suggested that there are ways to get him to move in good position but she had ran out of the leaflets on the subject !! Anyone had experience of this?

You defiantly want to do a bit of "on all fours" and bounce on a mat ball. The only other position is to not lay on your back but on your side and when your sitting down, try to lean forward with legs open etc (like a bloke) bit unlady like but it will help with labour x

Or straddle a chair every evening and lean over it with your back sort it arched/tilted x

It's still early days at 28 weeks - my baby was back to back at 28 weeks but had moved by the 32 week scan :-)

Don't worry, you have plenty of time :)

You want to spend that time on all fours though! And more of what Emapot said - Great advice there.

xx

All fours and avoiding slouchy type position on sofas and in car.

That's right. Don't sleep on your back. don't lean back on the sofa. Bounce on the ball. All fours. Don't cross your legs when you sit down. :) good luck.

What the girls have said! Superman a can helps too!

Still plenty of time yet! Wouldn't worry too much just yet! :). Two of mine were back to back and came out that way during labour. See how it goes over the next monrhs , great advice given by the ladies though , they kept getting me on all fours in labour to try and move baby. X x
