Help,

Want to POAS but only 11dpo and know in heart of heart, not pregnant anyway but still want to POAS anyway. Iknow I'll be gutted if I do and then beat myself up about it. Why oh why do we mentally torture ourselves in the 2WW!

2ww should be called 'torture wait' lol

I find the best way to get through is to think I may be preggo and the test will spoil the fantasy for me! A bfn is the reality that the dream is over therefore I try to avoid as much as poss, however being an addict is tough!

I'm about 5-6dpo, and not symptom spotting just taking care of me and waiting for af!

Be strong and step away from the sticks!

Thank-you Babybushie, feeling better than earlier, got lots to keep me occupied this weekend so here hoping I don't succumb!

I'll probably test on Monday just to confirm a bfn as going on holiday that day and I'll need a glass of wine by then!!!

But have no idea when a suitable time would be to POAS. Came off my pill nearly 4 weeks ago and been "NTNP" so no idea what DPO I am! For some inexplicable reason I did POAS yesterday but it was a OPK as I suddenly thought I might be ov late??? Crazy lady.... Have managed to stay away from the HPTs though whoop whoop!
