Just wondering whether anyone else on the forum is an AVON rep?

I used to be an Avon rep but only last month cancelled my account.
When I started last summer I knew there was a start up fee £15 but was NOT told about the fact that I had to buy the brochurs - think they were about £4 something for 5 - I think (brain not too clever today). Frustrating when you dont get many brochures back!
I got a new area manager and she was terrible.
I enjoyed it when I was meeting people and ordering etc but couldnt afford to keep buying all the brochures.
Rep deals are good though - good discounts etc.
So Im a mixed bag of thoughts on Avon now.
So get any commission you have to sell £77ish for 20% and £140ish for 25%.
If I had more time and more guaranteed sales I'd have continued.

Im a rep at the moment and have a customer base of around 90ish regular customers I just dont know whether to keep going with it

I would have been doing it for 3 years in November (if I continue)
I dont know what to do *sulks*

90  bugger me, Ive got about 12 regulars. How do you get so many regulars?

I have been a rep for over a year now and I love it. I love the products so it makes it easy for me to recommend them.

I found it very time consuming, walking round the houses on our streetnto take brochures, so i gave it up :D

Just kept recanvassing my territories for the last 2 and a bit years....not really done anything else LOL!

If you have 90 I would definately keep doing it then.

I love it, I just dont have the time to do more than I do atm.

I lot of the people round here are 'older' and I would go to their doors too late.

I need an Avon lady....the ones that start here like do one brochure then quit.
I don't order from every brochure but perhaps every 2nd one I do.
Would love to know where to find a Sussex based one?
