Ava bracelet chart

Hi ladies,

For anyone curious. This is my Ava chart for this cycle since I started using it. I've gone back to low fertility so I must have ovulated. I have never charted before though so wondered what people thought and when I possibly ovulated. I really like this bracelet, its really interesting to see how much your body changes each night!

Out of interest I input my temps into fertility friend. Chart attached, according to which I ovulated on CD17. I'm rubbish at this temp stuff! So if anyone can give their input or opinion that'd be great!

Yes you definitely ovulated on CD 17 hun. You had 3 temp rises which would confirm. Xx

Thank you Char! That's what I thought. Ava doesn't actually tell you when you've ovulated. It gave me a predicted O date when I first input my cycle length data. But obviously you've got the chart to read. After reading other posts, I dont think the opks are very accurate. I hope by having this and charting I can get more familiar with when I ovulate and my cycles xx
