August weather

as if i am wearing a cardigan in whats spose to be summer..

it was meant to be the hottest summer on record for 60 years or something. i was kinda grateful it wasnt hot when i was heavily pregnant

I know i have a fleece on today so cold, My girls must of been hot though as they have stripped to knickers/nappy

Im sure kids dont feel the cold at all

i'm at work in a top/cardi and trousers... all the lads here are in tshirts.. with the windows open and their fans on... they look at me funny cuz i keep shivering LOL

wasjust saying to OH this time last year i was very heavily pregnant and it was a schorcher last year so we were both sat in underware with three fans on but today im sat with a fleece on

I feel cheated out of a summer this year! I'm still wearing a lot of my winter clothes!
I bought a couple of new bits for the summer (skirt and a couple of tops!) and they're still hanging in the wardrobe with the tags on!

The best thing about the bad wether is most shops have had massive sales on summer wear, got some right bargains. Wont be able to wear them this year but will next (hopefully)

I was worried that I would be suffering badly from the heat whilst pregnant this summer, so I'm grateful for the cool weather too. You never know, we might end up having a scorching Sept/Oct!
