i had long cycle so took it around 10 days before 5mls 3 times a day if you find thats not enough 1st cycle next cycle take 10mls 3 times aday. preseed does the same job though.

I have just had to clean my laptop screen as my smoothie got sprayed all over it then

I never even thought about it being in a creepy way at all
