Arianna's sore toe!

Arianna has had an sore looking big toe for ages, she's never bothered with it and the HV seems to think it was fine, but the toe nail has a crack right across the middle. Anyway it had grew so it was near the top and this morning the top part fell off but it wont stop bleeding. I have put a plaster on it but she keeps picking it off

Any advice... my neighbour is due back in under an hour and she is a nurse so is going to have a look at it. It's not bothering her she is still smiling but it's a bit scary!!

Could you not put a bandage over the plaster? Just untill the bleeding stops!

Poor little thing, a least its not bothering her!
