My husband has been researching fertility and has decided he wants to try Maca - it's also supposed to be good for female fertility. Has anyone tried it? ta x

Haven't tried it myself but would be interested in any thoughts as I've also heard good things about it.

Seen plenty of good things about it. Me and dh tried it for a few months, it gave more more energy but apart from that didn't see any benefits/change. Lots of people swear by it though. Cant hurt to try! Gl xx
