if there is anything i can do to stop alex getting this cold. im not bf anymore and im the only one at home today to look after her i really dont want her to get it i swear if i hadnt had the flu vacination i would putt money on it being flu. im hot then cold shsking achy sore throat snotty mose headach and a temp of 37.8 xx

I had that a few weeks ago, and charlie got it anyway, I don't think there's much to avoid it but no kissing near faces anf keep hands clean dirty tissues in the bin (my lovely oh left snotty tissues round the house which I think was a big contribution to Charlie catching it) hope you get better soon x
