anyone have c-section last time?

have any of u had a c-section last time and is anyone having another this time or going to try a normal birth? i ened up having an emergency section cause my labour went on for 25 hours and the babies breathing droppped loads, im worried about labour this time.. they said they wud keep an eye on me and only let me try for 6 hours..
