So my mum wants to buy me some maternity clothes for Christmas which is lovely, but is it just me or is really difficult to find some that aren't really eugh? Where's everyone looking at shopping for theirs when the time comes?

JoJo Maman Bebe has some lovely bits- my friend absolutely swore by their maternity wear. I’m in the stage of just wearing leggings at the moment but I think I will be moving into maternity wear soon! X

I'm loving in leggings and big jumpers because I can't find anything nice.
I don't want tight stuff but seems it's all you can get.
I have a air of maternity jeans from top shop and My mum bought me a t shirt from next which is nice but I wouldn't buy it myself x

I’ve found New Look have some lovely things, I hate fitted things and they have some really nice fashionable things which aren’t clingy etc. I did find they came up quite big though so I’d go down a size x

I got a nice pair of maternity jeans from New Look on the sale rail for £9. H & M have some nice stuff too.
Boohoo have a great maternity range at good prices - I just ordered a few things yesterday so will see soon what the quality is like.
Some stuff can be so expensive so I bought some floaty tops or tops in a bigger size from Primark which are doing fine for work or casually.

I found dresses from ASOS were nice. Also had a nice fitted striped dress from Dorothy Perkins (even better was that it was £10 in the sale). Have to say, I can’t fault my jeans from Asda though. They’ve been so comfy and only cost £14. I remember in my first pregnancy having Top Shop jeans which cost £40 and they wore through quickly.

Yes I got a nursing/maternity top in Asda sales for only £2 and a stripy dress for sale also for £2!

I want to find a nice comfy good pair of over the bump jeggings. Can anyone recommend any?

Next, Primark, Tesco, Morrisons, Gymboree, Matalan, just some ideas xx

Maternity clothes are awful. I’ve got hardly anything I like to wear at the minute! They all seem to be made out of cheap material

Totally agree hun! I dont know why maternity clothes are so different to normal! Haha. I just bought stuff in big sizes to fit which was so much better xx

The joys of winter leggings and big jumpers

Hi,

I just went shopping for some bits last weekend, I got a really comfy pair of jeans from jojo maman Bebe. They were £30 but I thought it was worth it because I'll be living in them! Also got some over bump leggings from H&M and a couple of bigger chunky knit jumpers. I've also been given an over bump skirt & some tops & dresses by friends who don't need them anymore. I love the over bump stuff, is so comfy & is quite flattering for my bump :)

Gumtree & ebay also have some good second hand stuff & asos looks good but I haven't bought anything off there myself.

Good luck
Mx

I'm an under the bump person I feel all closed in. Weird I know
