anyone doing their temps???

Hi girls

Just wondering if anyone was doing their temps to find out when ur ov?

I have no idea how this works or even what I need to buying to do this.

My laptop is currently broke and dunno when it will be fixed sooo its difficult to look up temps myself on phone so was wondering if anyone had any infor for me or a link to page on then that I cud view on phone.

What exactly wud I need to buy to do them and also from where.

Sorry for all the questions, all I seem to do is ask and not answer much, but I am still learning all bout this baby making business, its a lot to take in lol.

all u need is pen paper and ther mometer

take ur temp the same time roughly each morning before u get out of bed

also note down the discharge

i found it easier to basicsally do a graphwith temp on one side, day of cycle on other and each morning plot the temp on the graph

when the temp has a very noticeable rise thi is when uve started to ovulate, then when it drops back down is when uve stopped, the change in discharge to egg white along with increase temp lets u know the best times

do this EVERY day with EVERY cycle u may find u conceive straight away, i did with all my pregnancies xx

hiya, sig up (for free) to fertility friend or take charge of your fertility (TCOYF). they have full instructions. thre are rules to doing this so you need to be committed but apart from that all you need is a digi themometer - try boots or superdrug and off you go!!
