Anybody good with PSP9?

And knows a bit about enhancing photos into black and white? Not the standard greyscale but changing colour to black and white using adjustment layers and changing the highlight/midtone & shadow?

I know a little, mine arent perfect but they are better than the grey scale. I'll help if i can but im crap at explaining things! I'll see if i can find this really good tutorial that i first used.

Thanks hun. There was a feature in one of the scrapbook magazines about doing it in photoshop, I dont HAVE photoshop and none of the instructions were anything like those used in psp (I really wish the mags would print destructions for both!)
