Any room for a latecomer?

Hi everyone, compared to many I guess you could call me a latecomer as I gave birth Jan 15th to my beautiful baby girl. Although I must confess I have been reading these forums since my third trimester (I'm not a stalker honest )

A few years ago I would have had no hesitations about joining a forum but over the past few years, due to a variety of reasons I've become rather reclusive and get very panicky about meeting new people. I guess you could say my self confidence took a huge knock. Anywhoo now I have my precious little girl I realise it's not fair for her to miss out and be stuck indoors because of me so I figured this would be as good a place to start and try and get a little confidence back to go out and meet people again. Plus everyone has such fantastic advice on here it would be nice to try and give a little in return.
