Any other hypnobirthers?

I have my first session at the weekend and am really looking forward to it - although can't help be sceptical about my ability to actually be able to do it. Before I signed up for it, I tried to find some bad reviews but couldn't!

My OH is supporting/humouring me with it at the moment, I'm hoping he comes around once he hears more about it. He's mentioned that he is concerned about the responsibility it's going to put on him at the birth as he can be really shy around people he doesn't know, so I'm hoping this kind of stuff will be covered and that he starts to get into it.

I've got to say, I find the voice on the CD annoying and I've not really listened to much of it...and Rayoflights comment about the Golden Girls really hasn't helped LOL!! I played it to my OH a few weeks ago and he made me turn it off as it was making him angry! I *love* the idea of getting your Mum to voice it!
