Any of you got a Creative Zen Plus MP3?

My one keeps crashing.... I think I have downloaded a corrupt song from the net as when you switch it on it goes straight to this song and freezes.... wont play, wont switch off nothing

I've left it to drain the battery and charged it up again but it's doing the same.... any ideas I could try before sending it to them to fix?!?!?

mine is a creative zen, although its not a plus (i dont think) mine froze for the first time a few weeks ago and OH sorted it by sticking pin in the little tiny hole (check the instructions where to look) which should do something technical along the lines of reset/restore/give it a jolly good slap.

Try that... if it doesnt help I'm afraid I'm stumped! Good luck.

I did exactly the same thing to mine. I just plugged into the pc deleted absolutly everything from the zen memory, unplugged it and then plugged it back in again and deleted the memory again (because part of the corrupt file was still there) then i put my music back on it and it works great again.

I did the pin thing to the side but it did nothing

I was afraid I'd have to delete all my songs!!
