Yeah sounds like they are discriminating against you, make notes of everything they say or even take in a recorder and let them know that you will be recording the meeting for your own benefit.

thanks it doesnt sound right does it im taking my deputy manager in the meeting who fully supports me and will be keeping notes of any conversations i have with anyone regarding this- im so annoyed now
