Any Brighton/Hove mums???

As I'm a first time mum I'd really like to make the most of the maternity leave I have left and get involved with some nice baby groups and make some mum friends..

I just wondered if anyone lived in Brighton/Hove/East Sussex and could recommend some good (and cheap) groups or baby things to do around here? I look on netmums etc but get a bit confused about which ones to try so thought I'd ask on here thanks x

I know this is a very late reply/post however this question came up in my search engine when I was researching for something.

There is a toddlers/young childrens group called Debutots, that cater from 6months to 7 years. They do a lot of story telling/singing which the little ones seem to love.

They do a drop in service as well as a pre booked service which im pretty sure start at (£5-£6 - I THINK).

They might be worth a look for activities for toddlers?
