Antibiotics = poorly tum

Since having IV antibiotics in hospital last week, Cahal has been very windy and sometimes struggles to poo (never a problem before) his farts smell (never used to) and sometimes his poo is green. The docs said it is as a result of the drugs but they were stopped this time last week and he's still not right... Does anyone have any tips for helping his poor little tummy get back to normal?
