Another month, another rash!

Every month for ages now, Arianna has came out in a rash on her tummy. We arent any new cleaning stuff, etc.... she's not eating anything new.

She's well in herself, but just itches her tummy.

The doctor and the HV dont seem too bothered about it and just keep giving me more anti-histamine (sp?) to stop the itching.

I know it's not causing her pain, but what could be causing the rash to come once a month!!

Just saw this.

What kind of rash it is? Are those tiny little red dots all over tummy sometimesteck and back? If it is that, then it is heat rash (have a look in google)

I was worried sick as well, and my GP was like "babies do get rashes" and when I asked him what this is he didnt know Anyways, I looked it up myself.

What you have to do is to keep her a bit cooler, maybe using smaller tog grobag. And when Daniel has this, I bath him every evening in warm water with one thing added. I got it abroad, but it is very good. It is a light antiseptic which makes water pink. But I am sure, that if you add something like very strong camomile tea it will do the trick as well.

Usually it clears up in a couple of days, but as soon as he gets overheated it comes back.
