Imogen us chewing her fingers and sucking them frantically and noisely and whinging! I can put a dead cert on shes teething as her brother started too teeth at 9 weeks- though didnt pop teeth out till 5/6 months.

The whinging the last few nights has been unbearable, good bye sleep.

C first tooth popped through on Monday - which explains why she was out of sorts at the weekend! Although she has had all of the signs for a while, I wasn't really expecting it at 19 weeks.

I bought Ashton and Parson teething powder today as another Mum at the playgroup we go to recommended it. It so far seems to be doing the trick(fingers crossed) and it has great reviews. It is herbal aswell so if it works it's better than using medicines all of the time (although you can use them aswell). I bought a pack in Boots for £2.99 but the link is from another site as Boots online don't have it. They come in individual wrappers and you have to be careful when you open them so the powder doesn't go everywhere. I tried tipping it in to Jake's mouth which didn't work so I have been giving it to him on a spoon.
