Anomaly Scan and Bio-Chem Scan ???????????

Ok, when I first had my dating scan at 8 weeks, in my report they put that I need to have my 'Anomaly Scan' at 14/52 - which means 14 weeks and my 'Bio-Chem' scan around 7/7/06 - which i will be around 16 wks preggy.

Now I live in Reading. But all the website say they usually do it around 16-18 weeks. And my sister-in-law is currently 26 weeks preggy but they only gave her a 12 week scan and a 20 week one.

So far, I'm was/being offered one at 8 weeks (dating scan), 14 wks anomaly scan, 16 week bio-chem and 20 weeks routine scan.

Is this normal?

hi! i used to live in reading! every area has its own policies on scaning and when they are done. although the scans you have been given are different from mine. (im in Bornemouth now) best thing to do is ask!!
